Crone Rising Art Therapy creates pace for women of all ages and life stages to connect with their inner wisdom. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or carrying years of experience, artmaking can be a powerful way to explore, heal, and grow.

Through paint, clay, sand, or simple marks on paper, we can give shape to what words cannot always capture—unpacking what needs to be expressed, or gently holding what needs rest.
